REPRINT / RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your UNO Printing co. order please contact a customer service rep within 15 days of receiving the product. We try our best to give our clients a pleasant experience, we will do our best to rectify the situation! We handle each case separately with high priority, care and attention. Reprints/Returns might be subject to a restocking fee dependant on the instance.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the end user.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the end user.
- The differentiation of colors and sizes as they appear on the computer screen of the end user during the ordering process prior to processing, as compared to the finished products.

In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by the end users prior to processing.
